The PGY1 pharmacy residency program at Hahnemann University Hospital will provide an excellent training experience that will develop the resident both clinically and professionally. The purpose of the residency program is to prepare pharmacists for positions in clinical practice, academia, and advanced practice in a PGY2 specialty training program. Upon completion, residents will be self-directed learners possessing clinical competence, leadership and professional skills while exhibiting the confidence to excel in diverse practice environments.
