   Coronary Radiation
During this procedure, the inside of an artery is exposed to tiny sources of radiation (brachytherapy) following conventional interventional therapy, such as angioplsty, stenting or rotablading, to prevent re-narrowing of the arteries (restenosis), a common occurrence in post-angioplasy patients. A computer determines the precise dosage according to the diameter of the vessel post-intervention.
